1. Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Creating and publishing promotional listings for our company’s auction platform on approved third-party sites (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp).
• Using only the content, links, and guidelines we provide.
• Ensuring your posts comply with the rules of the third-party platform where you post.

2. Pay & Payment Terms

• You will earn a fee for each post that is approved by our team. Payment rates range from $2 to $8 per post, as specified for each task.
• Payouts are processed every 10 days for all work completed and approved in the previous 10-day period.
• Payments will be sent via a method we designate (e.g., PayPal, Wise).
• You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by the payment provider.
• First Payout: Your first payment will be issued 10 days after your first approved post.

3. Platform & Account

• Registration on our work platform is free. We will never ask you for any payment or fee.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details.

4. Post Approval & Quality

• We review every submission for quality and adherence to our guidelines.
• A post will only be approved and paid for if it:
  • Uses the exact content we provided (text, images, links).
  • Is published on an eligible platform.
  • Remains live for a minimum of 48 hours (unless removed by the third-party site).
  • Is your original work (not copied from another poster).
• We reserve the right to reject any post that does not meet our standards or violates third-party platform rules.

5. Your Status

You are an independent contractor, not our employee. This means:

• You are responsible for your own taxes.
• You choose your own work hours and location.
• You are not entitled to employee benefits (health insurance, paid leave, etc.).

6. Our Commitment to You

• We will provide clear instructions and materials for each task.
• We will pay accurately and on time for all approved work.
• We will never sell your personal data or share it with unauthorized third parties.

7. Platform Availability & Changes

• We strive to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may update task availability, pay rates, or these Terms & Conditions. We will notify you of significant changes.

8. Termination

• You may stop working at any time.
• We may deactivate your account if you violate these terms, submit consistently poor-quality work, or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability to you will not exceed the total amount of fees you have earned in the past 30 days.
• We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party platforms (like Facebook Marketplace).

10. Agreement
